"We are a small primary school and bought a Unibind thermal binding machine several years ago. Following a changeover of staff, the whereabouts of this machine became unknown and staff resumed binding with a comb-binding machine. After some time, the thermal binding machine was luckily uncovered but did not appear to work. We rang Unibind who immediately put us in touch with the Manager dealing with our account (Terry Markwick), who quickly reacquainted us on how to use the machine. Had it not been for him we were looking at spending a few hundred pounds on replacing the binder and as a small school that would have made a large dent in our budget. Terry not only advised us that day, but also made follow-up calls to make sure the machine was still working ok. We are only a very small customer for Unibind Systems but he still ensured we were looked after. The thermal binding machine is worth every penny - it is very quick and easy to use, saving us so much time and I would highly recommend both the machine and Unibind Systems to any establishment wanting high quality goods and service."

"We had to put pen to paper, as it were, to thank you for allowing Peter O'Connell to come up to the school and provide us with a demo of the operation of our binding machine.  We have had the machine for a year but the personnel who initially got to grips with the binding have departed and hence it was sitting neglected in the box.

We took pens and paper with us to take notes on our mysterious binding apparatus and were amazed at the simplicity of it, and the excellent results. Peter, with tongue in cheek, did not make us feel that we had wasted his time-well, not much!!

Seriously, he was excellent and we have some lovely bound tomes to decorate the office. An order will follow for extra supplies in due course."
