Job Description
Responsible for managing a base of existing company clients whilst maximising company revenue by exceeding your monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Duties to include;
- Maintain and develop existing customers through appropriate sales methods
- Plan and manage personal business territory
- Investigate individual customers usages and applications
- Pro-active fact-finding to increase opportunities to maximise business and revenue
- Ensure the CRM is kept up to date, managing all new accounts and information
- Processing of orders and managing all errors and delivery problems
- Calculate daily sales figures
- Liaise with your customers with regards to sending out campaign samples and price lists
- Maximise revenue by up-selling on orders
- Research and collate information on customer’s business structure and other offices, utilising all information to create new business
- Work in conjunction with your External Sales Account Manager, ensuring all clients in your geographical area are maintained and ensure that team target is consistently achieved
- Supply leads to Area Development Account Managers (ADAMs) for field visits on specialised products
- Hit individual and team targets consistently
- Ad Hoc duties as required
- Assisting the SM when required
