Job Description

Responsible for managing a base of existing company clients whilst maximising company revenue by exceeding your monthly, quarterly and annual targets


Duties to include
;

  • Maintain and develop existing customers through appropriate sales methods
  • Plan and manage personal business territory
  • Investigate individual customers usages and applications
  • Pro-active fact-finding to increase opportunities to maximise business and revenue
  • Ensure the CRM is kept up to date, managing all new accounts and information
  • Processing of orders and managing all errors and delivery problems
  • Calculate daily sales figures
  • Liaise with your customers with regards to sending out campaign samples and price lists
  • Manage credit card forms
  • Maximise revenue by up-selling on orders
  • Research and collate information on customer’s business structure and other offices, utilising all information to create new business
  • Work in conjunction with your External Sales Account Manager, ensuring all clients in your geographical area are maintained and ensure that team target is consistently achieved
  • Supply leads to Area Development Account Managers (ADAMs) for field visits on specialised products
  • Hit individual and team targets consistently
  • Ad Hoc duties as required
  • Assisting the SM when required
